Returns Policy
ARC-TIC Iceland provides a 14 day period to return the watch in new and unused condition. We accept returns for ARC-TIC Iceland Sales and Faulty only. Purchases made from local stores must be returned to the original point of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorisation.

If you paid by credit card, the original purchase amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded to your card once the return is received and approved.
All returned watches must be in new, unused condition and include the original box, packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials that came with the watch.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
Watches that show signs of use cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchanges after 14 days, or for watches that have been worn, are subject to our standard Warranty Policy (see product instructions for details).
