Contact us through our email info@arc-tic.com and tell us what is wrong with your timepiece and you will be contacted back by someone from our technical department, if instructed mail your watch to the address below. We recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value in case it is lost in transit. ARC-TIC Iceland is not responsible for lost packages.

Package the watch carefully, include a note that it is sent in for service or repair, enclose the necessary documents including a brief description on work required, your full shipping details along with phone number and send to:
